We  usually ask clients to fill in a booking form to just make sure we have 
all your details and a clear record of what's wanted, start times, dates, etc..

Please call us on 01433-650345 or 07771-855105 during normal office hours to check on

availability and then we'll take your payment by MAESTRO, VISA or MasterCard and

then ask you to sign & send us one of our booking information forms by post or fax.
If your event is being paid for by your firm and if you need a VAT invoice, let us know
& we'll issue a NET5 or a 7 days ( max ) pro forma invoice beforehand to help you raise
your payment.

 

 



 

 

We accept credit cards and debit card payments over the phone and accept cheques
mailed in the post. We can also accept EFT / EDT and BACS payments from corporate
groups ( by prior arrangement ). If you wish to use BACS or CHAPS please call us for
the details of our BACS account details,

Corporate group leaders should use our special group booking form to firm up their bookings.  
Individual clients booking open events should use our individuals & family booking form.

Once signed your booking forms can be posted or ( better still ) faxed back to us please.

Once we've received your payment or your request for a VAT

invoice ( in the case of an organisation requiring an invoice )
we'll send you written confirmation immediately and we'll also
send you full joining instructions, maps, travel information, &

kit lists, credit card receipts, insurance certification, our clients'

local accommodation list, etc. We can post or fax or e-mail this

information ...just tell us how you'd prefer to be contacted.

 

 

 

 

All of Peak Activities Ltd's bookings are automatically covered by

our company's Public and Third Party Liability Insurance Cover.

Let us know when you book if your organisation needs a copy

of our public liability, employers liability and third party liability

insurance certification and we'll be happy to arrange that for you.
