Booking a group or individual event with Peak Activities
is quick & very easy. We prefer to firm up your bookings
quickly over the phone so we'll get everything right first
time for you. However, if you can't call us we can also
accept bookings using mail or fax.

All you need need to do is make a booking is a signed booking form
& send us your payment and then we will confirm your booking in
writing straight away and send you our preferred suppliers list for
local accommodation, a kit list plus maps showing how to get here
and full joining information.
 
 
 
  
BOOKING FORMS

All people making bookings ( including phone bookings) will be 
requested to complete and sign and return in due course a booking form. 

Groups organisers need to fill in our slightly different groups booking form. 
Individuals and couples should use our standard form.


DEPOSITS

A 50% minimum deposit is required with all booking applications and the balance 
is due 2 months ( 56 days ) prior to the start of your event, just as you'd be expected 
to pay a high street travel agency.  Please note that the full amount is required for 
any bookings made within 56 days of the start date and full payment is needed for 
all bespoke tailored events for groups or corporate bookings.

Companies needing a VAT invoice need to call us first on 01433-650345. 
n.b. We normally issue invoices due for payment within 5 days max.

We want you to book as soon as possible but first it is important
that you choose the activities that are right for you & your party
and check our terms and conditions. If in doubt about anything

All our office staff are all fully qualified and experienced Peak Activities
tutors and instructors who will give you good sound advice all year
round. If you have any queries about accommodation or activities
before booking, please just give us a call on 01433-650345 during
normal office hours. Usually Caroline or Iain will take your call.
 
 
Before signing our booking form, all prospective customers
are strongly urged to check carefully through our published
"Important notes for customers" and our "Standard terms
and conditions of business" which outline cancellation
charges, etc. and our legal and other contractual commitments
to you the customer- as well as the commitments we expect in
return from our clients. If you read our Standard Terms and
Conditions carefully you'll know exactly where you stand with
us if you have to, say, cancel your event or if you need to cancel
or transfer your booking."

 

1) TELEPHONE BOOKINGS :

"We're always delighted to answer customers' queries, 
so, insofar as possible we always prefer to speak with 
people in person over the phone rather than handling 
queries and bookings by fax or e-mail."
All customers will be sent our latest local accommodation list by mail or .pdf file.
PERSONAL DATA & PRIVATE INFORMATION SECURITY...

 
Rest assured we will treat your personal information 
security & privacy with great care. We take very seriously
the need to securely guard your credit card details and 
any personal information you give us.  Credit card details
are not kept on any computer systems and once we no 
longer need them - all your card details are thoroughly 
destroyed ( Caroline actually burns the finely shredded 
records, so she knows nothing can go astray ).


We need a booking form and a payment to firm up 
every booking. Choose to book by mail, fax or by phone.

Whatever way you choose to book, you'll not have a 
binding contract with us until we have sent out to you 
your balance invoice or a VAT receipt confirming the
booking in writing.   

Note :  we do not normally make provisional bookings.
 
 
 
2) BOOKINGS BY FAX OR POST : 
Fax a completed & signed copy of our standard booking form 
or our group booking form stating what you want to book, when, 
how many people, names, etc.) and we'll get back to you as soon 
as possible with all the necessary paperwork.  Make sure you send 
us your daytime & evening telephone number, e-mail address, fax 
number, etc.
