BOOKING IN INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND PARTIES OF UNDER 6 PEOPLE :
 
All you need to do to book an individual event is to let us have your details and
pay us over the phone and then send us a signed copy of our individual client's
booking form by fax or post. You need to be over 18 yrs to book. It's that simple.
Please just call 01433-650345.

We'll confirm your booking in writing by e-mail or fax & will send you a kit list
plus maps showing how to get here and a full set of joining information and our
preferred suppliers list for local accommodation, If you would like to stay with us
at Rock Lea please let us know when you book, so we can book your B&B
accommodation here at the same time.
 
 
MAKING GROUP BOOKINGS :
 
Booking in your group with Peak Activities Ltd. is quick & easy too.
All you need to do is call us please on 01433-650345 as soon as you're
ready to go ahead and we will ask you to complete and sign and return our
groups booking form. We can issue an invoice ( usually payable Net 5 days
max) to hold off a group booking pending payment if you are calling on behalf
of an organisation such as a recognised company with a credit facility. Many of
our corporate group bookings are usually paid over the phone using debit or
credit card payments - however, we also accept EFT BACS & CHAPS payments
 
If your group booking is a private event, such as a social club outing or stag party,
you will be asked to pay for an agreed and clearly stated minimum number of places
at the time of booking ...with the option of increasing numbers in due course. If you
need help booking group accommodation please let us know. We'll be pleased to help.
  
We always prefer to firm up your bookings quickly over the phone so we can 
check all of your details and get everything right first time for you. However, if 
you can't call us we will also accept applications to book events using mail or fax. 
subject to there being available places / facilities for us to accept the booking.

Sadly, it is not possible for you to book & pay us for events by e-mail at present.
However, you can e-mail us at sales@iain.co.uk to let us know you'd like to book an event.

BOOKING FORMS

All people making bookings ( including phone bookings using debit or credit card payments) 
will be requested to complete and sign and return in due course a booking form. 

Groups organisers need to fill in our groups booking form. 
Individuals and couples booking our open courses & weekends should use our standard form.


DEPOSITS FOR OPEN WEEKENDS BOOKED IN ADVANCE

Open Weekends : A 50% minimum deposit is required with all booking applications and 
then the balance of fees remaining is due to be paid 2 months ( 56 days ) prior to the start 
of your event, just as you'd be expected to pay for bookings at a high street travel agency.  
Please note that the full amount is required at the time of booking for any bookings made 
less than 56 days prior top the start date of all open events.  See our terms.

Private group bookings :

Full payment is usually needed for all bespoke tailored events for groups 
and corporate bookings. A charge may be levied for any special stage 
payments agreements agreed by us.

Companies needing a pro forma invoice against which to raise a payment will need to call 
us first on 01433-650345.  We normally issue NET5 invoices due for payment within 5 days 
max. from date of issue. Please avoid asking for a pro-forma invoice to be issued to you if 
you are not an offically authorised purchaser and cannot ensure a prompt payment  by your 
organisation  - or you could be held personally liable for any payments outstanding.

We accept payments by BACS and CHAPS from companies and other organisations 
wanting to pay using EFT.  Ask us for our EFT account details.

UK Companies placing regular orders with us or orders to the value of £10.000 +  
can ask us to consider opening a credit account.  This requires a bank reference
and written guarantees from your organisation's CEO, MD or Senior Partners. It is
not usually worthwhile setting up an acoount for a single small order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before paying us anything or signing our individuals booking form or
group booking form we suggest that all prospective customers should
check through our published "Important notes for customers"
and our "Standard terms and conditions of business" which outline
our terms such as cancellation charges, etc. and our legal and
other contractual commitments to you the customer- as well as the
commitments we expect in return from our clients. If you read our
Standard Terms and Conditions carefully you'll know exactly where
you stand with us if you have to, say, cancel your event or if you need
to cancel or transfer your booking."

the need to securely guard your credit & debit card details 
and any personal information you give us.  Credit card details
are not kept on any computer systems and once we no 
longer need them - all your card details are thoroughly 
destroyed ( Caroline actually burns the finely shredded
