BOOKING FORMS
All people making bookings ( including phone bookings using debit or credit card payments)
will be requested to complete and sign and return in due course a booking form.
Groups organisers need to fill in our slightly different groups booking form.
Individuals and couples booking our open courses & weekends should use our standard form.
DEPOSITS
Open Weekends : A 50% minimum deposit is required with all booking applications and
then the balance of fees remaining is due to be paid 2 months ( 56 days ) prior to the start
of your event, just as you'd be expected to pay a high street travel agency. Please note
that the full amount is required at the time of booking for any bookings made less than
56 days prior top the start date of all open events.
Private group bookings:
Full payment is usually needed for all bespoke tailored events for groups
and corporate bookings. A charge may be levied for any special stage
payments agreed by us.
Companies needing a VAT invoice need to call us first on 01433-650345.
n.b. We normally issue NET5 invoices due for payment within 5 days max.
from date os issue. Don't ask for a pro-forma invoice to be issued to you
if you are not an offically authorised purchaser and cannot ensure a prompt
payment - or you could be personally liable for payment.
We accept payments by BACS and CHAPS from companies and other
organisations wanting to pay using EFT. Ask us for our EFT account
details.
UK Companies placing regular orders with us to the value of £10.000 + can
ask us to consider opening a credit account. This requires a bank reference
and written guarantees from your organisation's CEO, MD or Senior Partners.

PERSONAL DATA & PRIVATE INFORMATION SECURITY...
Rest assured we will treat your personal information
security & privacy with great care. We take very seriously
the need to securely guard your credit card details and
any personal information you give us. Credit card details
are not kept on any computer systems and once we no
longer need them - all your card details are thoroughly
destroyed ( Caroline actually burns the finely shredded
records, so she knows nothing can go astray ).
We need a payment to firm up every booking. Choose
to book by mail, fax or by phone.
Whatever way you choose to book, you'll not have a
legal and binding contract with us until we have sent
out to you your balance invoice or a VAT receipt and
confirming of the booking in writing.
Note : We do not normally make provisional bookings
but we will hold off a booking for up to 5 days once a
cient has asked us to send them a VAT proforma invoice
or if a client asks us to send them an official VAT invoice.

BY FAX OR POST :
Fax a completed & signed copy of our standard booking form
or our group booking form stating what you want to book, when,
how many people, names, etc.) and we'll get back to you as soon
as possible with all the necessary paperwork. Make sure you send
us your daytime & evening telephone number, e-mail address, fax
number, etc.
