Individuals, couples & families should please phone us to
check availability ( 01433-650345 ) and then complete & return
our INDIVIDUAL'S BOOKING FORM printed below.
 
Group Leaders booking groups on behalf of clubs, companies,
colleges, schools or other organisations should please use our
GROUPS BOOKING FORM.
 
The appropriate booking forms should be printed off, completed
and then returned by post or fax, please. Thank you.
 
 
 
LATE BOOKINGS :
 
If you are booking anything within 56 days of the start date,
don't forget you need to send the whole of the fees with your
order because you'll be booking with us within the 56 days
full payment settlement deadline set out in our terms.

We can usually hold-off provisional telephone bookings for up to 7 days pending
receipt of your booking form and remittance, but you do not have an official
booking until we've accepted your deposit and have sent back a written confirmation
of your contract with us. Please don't try booking by e-mail alone...it's much simpler
& quicker if you call 01433-650345 and speak to a human being !
 

 

 

If your deposits / full payments are paid using VISA or MASTERCARD,
your completed Booking Forms can be faxed to 01433-650342 please
 
If paying by cheque or £UK International Money Order, post your form
to the address on the form and reproduced below :-

 

 

 

 
 
If your company requires an invoice against which to raise a cheque rapidly ,
simply phone us and ask for a prompt payment ( 7 DAYS MAX.) invoice to be sent.
 
You can also wire payments by E.D.T. into our bank accounts. Phone for details.
We reserve the right to refuse to offer credit to certain organisations & individuals.

customers' booking contracts with us, which will be confirmed in writing by us, subject
to availability, once we have receive your deposit/full payment and issue you with a VAT
