E-mail sales enquiries are sometimes so brief and contain so little information
about who, what, where, why, when or how many or how much that, frankly, 
we can't do much with them really until they have been qualified by phone.
Consequently, using an e-mail can actually often tends to slow down meaningful
communications with us.  

PLEASE before e-mailing us with an initial sales enquiry ( especially if on behalf
of your organisation or a business ) do consider  the value of phoning us in the first
instance so we can have a proper conversation with you.  Otherwise our response
to your initial enquiry could well be delayed.  Many thanks !

 

WE WELCOME VISITS TO ROCK LEA.... 
...but strictly only by appointment only please.

We welcome visitors from customers and prospective clients who 
may be arranging a group event and who may wish to arrange to 
meet up with us and plan things out with us before they book.

         However, all visits by customers, visitors & reps. need to be strictly
         by appointment, please. Our staff can then give you their undivided 
         attention. When customers are booked in here for training & tuition
         we may not have any time to see you.  Please don't be upset if you 
         turn up at Rock Lea unannounced or unexpected and the people 
         you need to see can't meet with you.   
         
         Some of our tutors live at Rock Lea and they value their privacy 
         when off duty, so please ask for an appointment before visiting.
