1) PEAK ACTIVITIES "TOP TEAM CHALLENGE"

Above, His Grace the Duke of Devonshire kindly
presented prizes & certificates to Prof. Ceri Brown's
team from Tameside Hospital's Acute Care Team.

Teams of past customers from Lucas, Bosch, Thorn EMI,
Kleinwort Benson, Tameside Health Authority got together
to help raise several thousands of pounds for the Imperial
Cancer Research Fund during a weekend of inter-team fun
& frolics invented, designed and run by Iain & the whole
Peak Activities Team. This competitive event was sponsored
by Lucas Aerospace and Rock Lea Activity Centre.

Lucas and Bosch teams out & about on their bikes...

The weekend programme comprised two days of problem
solving, orienteering, mountain bike trailquests, a water
-pistol biathlon, target shooting treasure hunts , swimming
and much more !

Lots of serious inter-company socialising was enjoyed by all at a
folk concert and disco in a marquee on the edge of Hathersage.
The weekend was rounded off with presentations of prizes
after a 5-course meal at Chatsworth House for all the
participants, their families and for senior execs. from many
of the companies taking part. The event went very well.

Peter Loweth, Bosch UK's Public Relations manager was delighted.
Peter wrote : - "Everyone from here had a really enjoyable time in the
Top Team Challenge...the lads and ladies were thrilled we managed third
place & we're very proud of our trophy". The awards lunch at Chatsworth
House was magnificent. We will remember the event for a very long time.
Many congratulations on the organisation of the whole event... It was happy
& most enjoyable experience".

I.C.R.F.'s National Fundraising Development Director later wrote :- "Many thanks indeed for organising the Top Team Challenge ...our own team came back exhausted but having enjoyed themselves immensely...please pass on our thanks to everyone who helped make the weekend such a great success". Corporate events should be as individual as the clients we arrange them for....taking into account the aims of the event, the budget, season, size of group, the nature of the delegates' interests, fitness, weather & so forth. Below is a sample case study from our extensive portfolio of bespoke projects...with some comments from the many kind unsolicited client comments we receive every year.
