especially for individuals & couples.  They're ideal for first timers and no  
special fitness, prior experience or special gear is needed !

Choose from beginners caving, novices rock climbing, multisports,  
follow up weekends plus many more. Follow-up events include 
learning to lead rock climbs and intensive potholing for cave enthusiasts 
at our popular base in the accessible Peak District National Park.
