Most open events are ideal for total first-timers, so no special fitness and no prior experience & no special equipment is needed to enjoy any of our events ! We will supply everything you need ! We will try to include the promised "Round Trip" but reserve the right to avoid unecessary risks on the day. These are fairly extreme trips and are NOT suitable for the faint hearted and are not really suitable for first timers or novice cavers with limited fitness or skills.
