Most groups eat in the one of the village's many pubs, where bar snacks are available at lunchtime and in the evenings. FEES FOR USING OUR CIPD QUALIFIED CHARTERED CONSULTANT'S SERVICES VARY ACCORDING TO EXACTLY HOW MANY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED : - ) Our bespoke, professionally planned and managed OUTDOOR DEVELOPMENT TRAINING programmes arepowerful and cost-effective means of inculcating meaningful, lasting changes in people's attitude and behaviour, so it's hardly surprising that so many UK and overseas organisations have tried this form of training to develop excellence within their organisations. Peak Activities Limited professional trainers are not cheap....but many of our well known clients have said on the record that hiring our services was a sound business investment. As you can gather from the endorsements of delighted clients such as the customer care manager of Norwich Union and the IT procurement manager of Transco, we offer corporate clients the very highest level of outdoor training available anywhere in the UK...delivered by very skilled and experienced and highly qualified development trainers. The costs of this level of professional service reflect the large of amounts of time spent planning, briefing, running and benchmarking such projects with our senior staff and directors. When our senior staff ( e.g. those trainers with MBA, MCIPD / FCIPD qualifications) are retained as consultants working on specific training or health & safety assignments for an organisation, we charge for our time in one of two separate ways. Firstly we can agree with clients to invoice on a "fixed price" basis for very specific training jobs such as a one-off residential team building event. Fees for a typical three or four day residential based at one of conference centres for a party of, say, ten to fourteen delegates may vary from £300 to £600 + VAT / delegate per day plus the cost of the accommodation.
