A team from Birmingham Cable came back for a few days and did some filming with us
and a visiting BBC film after their course was over. The film summarised the success of
the residential courses we had organised for them. It was broadcast on BBC1 television
as part of the "Eleventh Hour" series.

When Steve Shergold (left ) was a Director of
Birmingham Cable Ltd in charge of Customer
Services he wanted to get key staff from his
numerous departments to work more closely
together and "come out of their silos" to appreciate
each others strengths & weaknesses. This photo
was taken of Steve hanging about during a teamworking,
customer-focus & personal development exercise on
a 5-day training event in the accessible Peak District.
The event was attended by managers, supervisors
and several of the company's directors and repeated
several times so most key staff in the company took
part in this process of Cntinuous Improvement.
 
Our expert trainers had designed a series of unique
exercises with Steve to develop further the team skills
of his lively managers and call centre supervisors.
