from people who are seriously considering buying our products
& services, and insofar as possible I try to meet all our new
clients in person. Such visits are rarely wasted in my experience.
However, as a busy operation with staff & me tied up sometimes
for 12 hours a day, we do ask all visitors to our UK office to make
firm appointments ( ideally well in advance ) before popping in here
to see me or our sales staff and training specialists. This means my
team and I can give our bone fide new customers our undivided close
